董事会
董事会是OCBC的决策机构。目前OCBC由五位华人/辅导老师组成，董事会定期开会，对机构的定位及发展方向、财务预算及核查、人事安排等进行讨论与决策。
 
顾问团队

顾问团队是OCBC的顾问及学术指导团队，由多名ACBC认证辅导员组成。主要对OCBC的课程架构、内容进行督导和提供建议。 

全职

全职主要负责机构的行政教学工作。目前机构有三名全职。分别负责课程的规划、设计、学习资料的主编、网站及学习平台的内容管理以及课程的招募、学习群的管理、资料发放，会计工作等。 

兼职

兼职包含公众号排版、文章的翻译、校对及有声读物的录制人员等。

义工

义工团队包括学习群群主助理（课代表）、文字编辑、文字校对人员等。

Board of Directors

The board of directors is responsible for decision making. It currently consists of five Chinese pastors/biblical counselors. The board meets regularly, discussing and making decisions on the orientation and development direction, financial budget and verification, personnel arrangements, etc.

Advisor Team

Advisor team consists of ACBC certified biblical counselors and pastors, responsible for consultancy and academic instruction. It mainly supervises and provides suggestions on OCBC’S curriculum structure and content.

Full-time Co-workers

Currently, full-time co-workers are mainly responsible for the educational administration. Their responsibilities include planning and designing courses, editing learning materials, managing contents of the website and the learning platform, recruiting, managing learning groups, giving out materials, and accounting.

Part-time Co-workers

Part-time co-workers are responsible for editing articles on WeChat page, translating, proofreading, and recording audio books.

Volunteer Team

Volunteer team consists of learning group leader assistants (class representative), text editors, and proofreaders.
